Rhinoplasty (Rhinoplasty)
Rhinoplasty surgery. In other words, in medical language; Rhinoplasty can be defined as reshaping the nose and correcting its appearance. Deformities in the nose can be congenital, or they can also occur later due to reasons such as trauma or surgery. These deformities can often lead to dysfunction as well as aesthetic difficulties. A successful rhinoplasty surgery aims to restore the function while giving the nose an ideal appearance.
There are three questions that should be asked after the patient applying for rhinoplasty is evaluated:
What are the things that need to be done for the ideal form and function of the nose?
What can be done when considering together with the current anatomy?
What are the patient's expectations?
The more harmony and balance can be achieved between the answers to these three questions, the more successful the operation will be. Dec. Since these questions have different answers for each patient, the results obtained will also be unique. A properly made nose is at a suitable angle with other parts of the face, such as the forehead and chin, at the appropriate height and away from artificiality. So it doesn't look like it's ”made". Therefore, from people you have just met, “Do you have aesthetics on your nose?” you won't get the question.
We prefer that our patients are over the age of 18 for rhinoplasty. But we can also do it at a slightly earlier age with the approval of the family in severe shape and functional disorders that will reduce the quality of life.
