He was born in Malatya in 1972. He graduated from Malatya High School in 1988 and Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He started his business life in the construction industry in 1995. He completed his specialty training at İnönü University, Department of General Surgery in 2001. He served as Director of Malatya State Hospital 8th Surgery Clinic. He founded the first private MRI center in Malatya in 1998 and Gözde Medical Center in 2004. It made investments in the fields of health, construction, real estate, energy and media and combined them under the umbrella of Gözde Group.
EXP. Dr. Osman Yilmaz

Pediatrician Osman Yilmaz was born in Malatya in 1954.
He completed his primary education at Diyarbakır Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 1978.
he became a Pediatrician in 1983.
1986 He worked as the Chief Physician and Health Director of Çanakkale State Hospital. After examining the Health System in Costa Rica, Guatemala, the USA, England and Germany, he prepared the Law on Universal Health Insurance and Family Medicine in Turkey.
since 1992, he has done his minor education at Başkent University and Marmara University in Nephrology and Dialysis. C.D.H. The Dialysis Foundation established the Dialysis Centers of Çanakkale, Istinye and Bitlis State Hospitals.
In London, he worked on Hemodialysis Peritonealysis and kidney transplantation. He participated in Nephrology trainings in cities such as Singapore, Geneva, Amsterdam and Vienna. he retired from Istinye State Hospital in 2005 and started working at Bayrampasa Private Hospital.
He is continuing his duty as a Pediatrician at Baypark Hospital, where he started his duty in 2014.
Mahmut Tali
Hospital Manager
born in Giresun on 15.10.1981, he completed his high school education in Giresun. He graduated from Konya Selcuk University Computer Operator Technician Department in 2002. He completed his specialization in the Department of Business Administration of Anadolu University.
2005-2017 Bahat Health Group Hospital Directorate As of November 2017, he started to work as the Private Baypark Hospital Manager.
